BFactor LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the IEP Report application ("App"). This Privacy Policy explains, in plain language, what information we collect, who can access it, and how we protect it when you use our App and related services.
IEP Report is designed for educators, school staff, and other authorized users to record and manage student progress related to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

We collect the information needed to create accounts, support schools, and let authorized staff track student progress in the App.

- Account credentials
B. Student Data (Provided by Users)
- Student names and student identifiers
- Student performance and progress monitoring data
- IEP goals, objectives, services, and related plan details
- Notes, observations, and other educational records entered by authorized users
Users are responsible for making sure they are authorized to enter student data into the App.
C. Device and Usage Information
- IP address
- Device type and operating system
- App usage data and logs
- Crash reports and performance data
